The cleaning machine is controlled by a circuit breaker as a power switch, and a control module composed of a frequency converter and a PLC for function adjustment. After the pressure and flow signals are transformed, the frequency converter is used to accelerate and decelerate instructions according to the work needs, and used for fault alarm.
After the water pressure measurement data of the washing machine enters the control module, according to the increase or decrease of the number of water guns working on site, the output of the water pump motor is automatically adjusted by the inverter to meet the water pressure and flow required for on-site work.
Working Principle:
Power switch: Close the air circuit breaker and switch on the 380V/50Hz power supply, and the washing machine is ready to work.
Control module (PLC and frequency converter): Receive external signals in real time and automatically start the water gun according to the switch of the water gun and the pressure change of the washing machine. The water gun increases and automatically increases the output of the water pump motor (or the water gun decreases and automatically reduces the output of the water pump motor) , Delayed shutdown after all water guns are closed.
Pressure switch: monitor the differential pressure change in the tube in real time and output the switch signal to the control module.
Pressure transmitter: monitor the pressure change of the cleaning machine in real time and convert it into a standard signal and output it to the control module.
